NextWave Mobility was founded on a simple belief: mobility should be clear, commercially effective and easy to operate.

I have spent more than 25 years working in global mobility, leading teams, developing client solutions, improving service delivery and supporting organisations through complex change.

​

My career has been entirely on the supplier side of the mobility industry, giving me a broad perspective across consulting, RMC and service delivery environments.

​

I have seen what makes mobility partnerships work, and what gets in the way.

​

My approach is straightforward: understand the real challenge, simplify where possible, and focus on solutions that can actually be implemented.

I am practical, commercially minded and comfortable getting involved where it's needed to turn strategy into action.

• Led the consulting team that designed a modernised global mobility framework for one of the world’s largest professional services firms, creating a simplified, commercially aligned model to guide future program evolution.

• Delivered year‑on‑year revenue and profit growth while leading Crowns Australian business, strengthening commercial performance alongside operational stability and team capability.
